Aleksey Lebedev

Degree work – short-length film “Private meeting” (1979). Andrey Krasko made his debut in this film in bit part.

Since 1980 he has worked as producer at Lenfilm Studio.

In 1982 Alexey Lebedev has shown himself in full-length fiction film. It was a lyric comedy “Display of multi-board chess-play”, where Yevgeniy Leonod-Gladishev and Yevgenia Simonova performed.

In 1990 he shot a criminal melodrama “Fuflo” with Andrey Rudenskiy in the main part, where he investigates the problem of man’s personal degradation.

In 1997-2000 he has worked at the Documentary film studio where he created a number of documentary works, among are “Rock-n-roll is alive”, took part in the project devoted to the 300 years anniversary of St.Petersburg

In 2004 he started shootings of the following series:

“Opers. Chronicles of a homicide department”; “The streets of broken lamps”; “The second level of secrecy”; “Fatal hang-over”; “Chance contact”; “National security agent”; “The golden head” (2 series).

He was engaged as an actor in the series “Chase after Cinderella”

He was invited as producer for serial “Syndicate” by ACDC film studio.

There is one interesting detail - 25 years ago his father - Yevgeniy Lebedev performed in “Syndicate-2” - a serial by Mark Orlov, about defeat of chekist secret organization, with Boris Savinkov (Yevgeniy Lebedev) at the head.
