 The previous year this Award was given to the film “The Ugly Swans” by Konstantin Lopushansky. Andrey Sigle produced this film and composed music for it. It seems to be a good tradition. The Government Award is given for the new original and talented pieces of literature, art and architecture which contribute to the Russian culture and cultural heritage of Saint-Petersburg.
