It is the third year the magazine gave Sobaka.RU TOP50 Award. It is given to those, who had an ultimate success this year and contributed to the prosperity of Saint-Petersburg. The nominates were releaseâ by the SPb Sobaka.RU magazine and the expert committee in April. Than the open voting was held on the site www.sobaka.ru. 254 170 people voted till 26 May. In the expert committee were Evgeniy Finkelshtein, Andrey Kurpatov and Evgeniy Pluschenko..
